We recommend booking your session at least 3 to 6 months before your wedding date. This allows ample time for the post-production process, album layout design, and printing to ensure everything is ready for your big day.

Once your booking is confirmed, we will schedule a fitting appointment at our studio. You will have the opportunity to try on our Premium In-House collection to find the perfect fits that match your style and the shooting locations.

After the shoot, we will send you the photos within one week. You can select your photos online at any time. Once you’ve made your selections, it will take us about one month to process them. We will share the designs with you before sending them to print. The printing process will take approximately 3 to 4 weeks. Please note that if you need to expedite any part of this process, additional costs may apply.

Yes, indeed! Over 70% of our clients come from overseas or different states and successfully complete all arrangements in a single visit to Penang. We recommend visiting our studio for gown fitting one or two days before your shoot. During the gown fitting session, our photographer will meet with you to discuss all the details.

The remaining discussions, such as selecting photos and confirming the print layout, will be conducted online.

Additionally, if you want to take photos at a hotel or any private property, please check with us in advance to see if prior arrangements are necessary.
