For the Same Day Edit slideshow, we need at least a 5-hour window (excluding travel time) to prepare the SDE to be played during your reception. 1) Adverse Weather (Rain, strong winds, lightning, low visibility/fog).
2) Restricted Airspace (No-Fly Zones near airports, military bases, government buildings).
3) Venue/Property Restrictions (Indoor spaces, heritage sites, or private properties that ban drones).
4) Physical Hazards (Dense overhead wires, heavy crowds, or confined spaces).
The pilot has the final authority to ground the drone for safety.
