Frequently Asked Questions
When should we book our overseas pre-wedding shoot?
We recommend booking at least 6 to 12 months in advance. This gives you ample time to secure the best airfare rates, arrange accommodation, and apply for visas if necessary.
Do we need to pay for the crew's airfare and accommodation?
The package includes the airfare and accommodation for the crew. However, the couple is responsible for their own airfare and accommodation. Additionally, clients will cover the costs for ground transportation (such as trains, taxis, or car rentals).
How does the Early Bird Free Gown & Suit rental work?
To take advantage of the Early Bird free rental, a fitting at our Penang studio is required. You are generally expected to carry the gowns and suit yourself. If you would like our team to carry the gowns and suits to your destination, there will be an additional baggage fee.
Does the makeup artist follow us for the whole trip?
Yes! Our makeup artist travels with the team and will be with you throughout the shooting day for touch-ups and styling changes.
What should I prepare before the pre wedding shoot?
We will provide a list of items to bring; you can view the list here.
Additionally, if you want to take photos at a hotel or any private property, please check with us in advance to see if prior arrangements are necessary.
