For the Same Day Edit slideshow, we need at least a 5-hour window (excluding travel time) to prepare the SDE to be played during your reception. For the full set of edited high-resolution images, the turnaround time is typically between 8 to 12 weeks. We also offer an optional expedite processing service for an additional fee.

We believe in delivering a complete story. We return all good, high-resolution JPEG images that are color-edited in our signature Momento style. We filter out test shots, blinks, and duplicates.

We do not provide RAW files. The editing process is a crucial part of our artistic identity, and the final JPEG images represent the finished artwork we are proud to deliver.
